Statistician – design and analysis of (adaptive) clinical trials in the infectious diseases

Geneva University Hospital and Faculty of Medicine, Geneva, Switzerland, is looking for a Statistician interested in the design and analysis of (adaptive) clinical trials in the infectious diseases domain.

Our international team consists of infection prevention nurses, two IT specialists, a number of research fellows, and a core staff of one epidemiologist and four senior infectious disease doctors with clinical and research duties. Our research focuses on antimicrobial resistance, infection prevention and control, and infectious diseases. We participate in a number of large European consortia, including ECRAID-Base, a novel EU project focused on the development of a clinical research network, which will implement observational and randomized (adaptive) studies. You will provide statistical support for ECRAID-Base through the design and analysis of diagnostic, preventive and treatment studies, and engage with the local team for advice and analysis of observational study data.
