Applications are invited for a Postdoc position at the Department of Mathematics at Aarhus University.

This position is supported by a Carlsberg Foundation Young Researcher Fellowship grant for the project “Exploring the potential of nonparametric modelling of complex systems via SPDEs”.
The position is for 3 years, and the starting date is August 1, 2021.

Candidate Profile:

Excellent PhD degree in Mathematics
Strong background in stochastic processes and (nonparametric) statistics
Interest for statistical learning theory and topics at the interface between probability theory, functional analysis and mathematical statistics
Good programming skills are a plus
