This year’s VVSOR Annual Meeting is on Big Data & Privacy, and will take place on 20 and 21 March 2019 at Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, Netherlands. Everyone is invited to attend outstanding talks on Big Data & Privacy from a statistical and operational point of view. Confirmed speakers on 20/3 are Sofie de Broe (Center for Big Data Statistics), Daniel Oberski (Utrecht Un.), and Sanne Blauw (de Correspondent); on 21/3, Cecile Schut (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), Ilker Birbil (Erasmus Un.), Apostolos Gkatzionis (Cambridge Un.), and Stephen Senn (Consultant Statistician).
Outside the scientific program, the annual meeting will present the winners for the best MSc (Hemelrijk prijs) and PhD thesis (van Zwet prijs) on Thursday March 21. Also on Thursday there will be the announcement of the 63rd ISI World Statistics Congress meeting 2021 to be held in the Netherlands.
