We have the great pleasure of inviting you to the first NGB Young OR Day to be held at Schiphol Airport on September 28, 2018. The Young OR Day is an initiative to bring together young* professionals and academics working in the field of Operations Research. In this first edition, we will look at the applications of OR in Aviation. On this day, there will be talks by both experts from KLM and researchers from academia. There will also be a guided tour, and we will end the day with a social event. Note that all presentations will be in English.

The event will start at 13:00, and we expect the presentations & tour to be finished around 17:00. However, do make sure to stick around for drinks after that, because this is an excellent opportunity to get to know young OR people from other companies and find out what they are doing.

This event is free for VVSOR members (note: all NGB members are VVSOR members); 25 euros for non members.
